To much vocal in the mix man. Bring the drums and guitars out a tad more more. You can't really hear them as well as should be heard. Bass I pretty much on spot. All together a bad ass track though. Keep it up.

Indeed. Will remaster once I get my new monitors. Thanks for the review brother, rock and roll.

Shit be awesome yo! It all comes together surprisingly well. I love techno. And I love metal. Never thought I'd hear the two being so bad ass together! Keep it up!

I gotta say man, this track has tons of feeling. It's all composed extremely well. The mixing is strong. The playing is wonderful as always. The balance between heavy and light is just right, with the brutality flowing into the lucidity of the lighter moments. All around this song is amazing. It certainly made me think well I was listening. It brought back some memories. I'm sure your Father would have been damn proud of your skill and the music you make. Best wishes to you and your family. Keep on rockin man! \m/

The vocals are a little quiet. Otherwise everything seems good. The drums are clear, guitars have good tone, vocals are brutal. Your mix is pretty well set. Good writing. Brutal fuckin' metal! 5/5

I like it man. Not the greatest quality, but I dig the writing here. The intro feels slightly off, and very suppressed. But once the vocals come in there's a great sense of a truly bad ass metal song. The drums definitely don't carry through in the mix as well as they could, it seems like they're losing a lot of resonance. The guitars could use some improvement on the mix and sound wise as well. The solo's are good, but could use polishing. They feel very dry, with a few missteps. But it's a great start. It has the feel of older black metal and death metal, but also has a lower degree of quality. Maybe it's your software, or your hardware, but with the right equipment you have great potential here. All in all I give you a 5/5. The song is well written, the vocal's are kick ass, and the playing is generally good. I don't dock on quality as I understand the difficulties of having anything out of a pro studio. Keep up the good work.

Mix is awesome yo. Kick's just right on the levels. The cymbals aren't to much or to little. The guitars blend really well. If there is a bass hiding in there, which I suspect there is (cause it comes out a little at times), I'd bring it up just a tad. The synth part in the later half before the guitar solo is a little faint. But it still comes through fairly clear. Might want a boost it slightly still. The solos and leads all come out really clear and crisp. The kit sound is really great, but I would suggest playing with a few alternate snare sounds. Something there just sounds a slight bit off. But all in all bad ass tune as always! \m/

Metaljonus responds:

Cool, Thanks for the review! I've been trying to get a some what heavier snare sound but I am still messing with it. Thanks for listening.

Nah, thanks man, glad you dig it! ROCK ON

Holy fuck man! I can't believe I never got the message on this till now. I've been missing out for like a fucking year! It's brutal. The guitar tone is beefy and clear. The vocals are damn near flawless with exceptional clarity. The drums are mixed in just right with a strong bass end and cymbals that are not to overbearing. As far as playing, there is never a stale or overly repeated beat in this song. Mon or machine you have one bad motherfucker on drums. All the parts fit perfectly. The phrasing is strong and concise. The leads and solos are executed flawlessly. The lyrics are well written and both, or if you have one extremely badass vocalist, fit them to their respective parts of the song well. The lower guttural growls are actually understandable. Which is just fantastic. The high end screams are done with a very solid tone and consistent pitch. Reminded me much of Protest The Hero. There's not one flaw I can see with this song. It's truly a masterpiece, and with my review I'd love to see you guys tear my music apart sometime. :)

All in all this really fucking kicks ass. The drum's could use some touching up, slight variations and such, but nothing there to really bog the tune down at all. Your growls are strong, clear and understandable. That's a damn good thing. Whatever you do there, keep it up. As for cleans, it feels like you either are in a key that's uncomfortable or you are singing more in a nasally sort of tone. By no means is it bad. But there is certainly room for improvement. Maybe focus more on practicing your cleans? The guitars are slightly muffled. They don't quite punch like the could, but this is okay because your tone is spot on. If you're recording in a live situation where you have a mic on your amp this is a simple fix. Just look up some info on microphone placement. It's super simple and will improve the final product tenfold. If you're direct imputing right into your computer (or whatever you record with) you'll want to play some more with the mix. Best advice I can give. Have many people listen to it first. No matter how good a musician you are, someone else can catch what you may miss. But still! Kick ass man!

Brutal fucking vocals bro. We should colab sometime.
